Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Linetask (operated by Anand Associates), we strive to provide the best possible automation and API services. Due to the digital nature of our products (Software as a Service and API consumption), our refund policy is governed by the following terms:
1. No Refund on Digital Services
Since our services involve the consumption of server resources, API credits, and digital automation workflows, we follow a strict No Refund Policy once a purchase is made or credits are utilized.
- Subscription Plans: Fees paid for monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable, even if you stop using the service mid-term.
- API Credits: Any top-up or credits purchased for WhatsApp API or other automation tools are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Note: We recommend starting with a small top-up or a trial plan to ensure our services meet your requirements before making a larger commitment.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or account at any time.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your service directly from your dashboard or by emailing us at support@linetask.online.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied, but no pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining days.
3. Exceptional Cases (Refund Eligibility)
Refunds will only be considered in the following specific scenarios:
- Double Deduction: If a transaction amount was deducted twice from your account due to a technical glitch.
- Service Failure: If we are completely unable to deliver the service for more than 72 hours due to a fault at our end (excluding third-party downtimes like Meta/WhatsApp servers).
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved under the exceptional cases mentioned above:
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Source Account) used during the transaction.
